At-Home Facial Treatment Masks
th just a cup of plain yogurt and a few choice ingredients you can change the look and feel of your skin. These facial masks, from world-renowned skin expert Anne-Cecile Curot, are easy to make. For maximum benefit, steam your face five minutes before applying the mask. Each mask should stay on 20 minutes – but if don’t have that much time, you will still feel results after 10 minutes. You can use either cold or room temperature yogurt, depending on your preference.
Glowing Skin Mask ---For dull, tired skin
INGREDIENTS 6 oz plain yogurt 3 drops of chamomile oil (or infuse chamomile flowers or a chamomile tea bag with half and half and let cool) 3 drops of verbena oil (or infuse verbena flowers with half and half and let cool) DIRECTIONS Combine the yogurt with the chamomile and verbena oils or infused mixtures. Apply to face and let sit for approximately ten minutes. Rinse off, tone and moisturize. For a thicker mask, add two teaspoons of talcum powder.

Oily Skin Treatment Mask---Helps get rid of pimples and blackheads
INGREDIENTS 6 oz plain yogurt 2 drops of thyme oil 2 drops of mint oil Juice from 1 lemon ½ packet of yeast 2 Tbsp of starch from potatoes (let potatoes sit in water for several hours; use 2 Tbsp of the milky water)
DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in food processor. Apply to entire face paying particular attention to pimples and blackheads. Leave the mask on for ten to twenty minutes. Rinse.
